Why would I be rejected from a program?
Our technology partners have targeting requirements for their program offerings to maximize value to their business. Potential reasons for rejection include:
Your community member profile does not meet the target criteria.
Your organization is already a customer.
The program is already fulfilled, and closed to new registrants.
If you are rejected for a program, we encourage you to apply for others that could be a fit.
If you still feel that you are a good fit for a program, you can appeal the rejection decision by replying directly to the disqualification email you received. If you are unable to locate the email, you may also appeal by contacting us with a brief explanation.
